The St. John Ambulance Car Seat Educator Team are made up of trained and certified volunteers. Our volunteers educate and coach parents/guardians in the use of child restraint systems. Our goal is to help children travel safety all the time, by ensuring the restraint is properly installed and used correctly every time the child travels in the vehicle. We provide Car Seat Education and Inspection at PRE-SCHEDULED workshops only. Workshops consist of an in-class presentation on how to use and install a rear facing or forward facing car seat, followed by an opportunity to install or fix your child’s seat, then a trained and certified educator will inspect and give recommendations with a signed inspection form at the end of the workshop. | |||
We DO NOT offer last minute inspections or consultations outside prescheduled workshops.
